Walk-ins are welcome as long as space permits. We request and recommend pre-registration.

  1. Wow. free? That’s pretty awesome. If I lived in the area I’d be there no doubt.

  2. As Rick points out on his website, practicing martial arts in the controlled environment of a dojang and self defense against real violence outside the dojang are not the same.

Explore awareness and violence dynamics with us in this introductory workshop. And if you want to learn more and train in a systematic and comprehensive way, contact us at 3riversdefense.com

  3. Excellent website. Lots of useful information here. I’m sending it to some pals …

  4. I figured you’d know better than anyone that personal safety is on everyone’s mind these days. Women, children, elderly. It doesn’t matter the gender or age. For certain, every parent’s concern for their children at large colleges and universities is at its highest in years. Sadly many incidents don’t even get reported. Inspired by the sexual assault of a close friend of ours, my team and I developed the most innovative and advanced emergency response system available and it will help a tremendous amount of people. Please allow me to introduce you to MyFlare — the app that redefines the way in which we look at personal safety. Utilizing phone, text, email, GPS, audio and video WITH JUST ONE BUTTON, MyFlare is your personalized digital flare gun in case of emergencies. It will help a lot of people; provided they are aware of the capabilities of their smartphones, which are probably already located in their purse or pocket! Please check it out now at myflareapplication.com. It’s the only app you cannot afford not to have.

  5. Thank you to all of you who already pre-registered.

Some people asked if they could bring a friend. Your friends are welcome.
For planning purposes, please give us a quick call at 406.580.5190 or contact us through the website and let us know that you are bringing friends.

As last time, walk-ins are welcome as long as we have space.
    See you next Friday!

  6. Thank you to all of you who attended our workshop last Friday. We had a great group of people.

And to those of you who were from out of town and decided not to get on the roads – that was a wise choice. The highway patrol reported a lot of accidents on the icy roads.

Also, there’s a group of people who want to get together for some ongoing weekly training on Friday nights.
If you are interested in joining this group, contact us by phone or through the website.
